What we collect
When you text, call, email or order from S & A Produce, we collect the information you give us: your name, restaurant name, delivery address, phone number, email address and order details. If you sign up for weekly specials texts, we store your mobile number so Stratis can text you that week's prices.
How we use it
We use your information only to run your account and deliveries: taking and filling orders, delivering to your kitchen, answering your questions, and sending the weekly specials text if you asked for it. Texts are sent by hand from Stratis's phone (508-308-3195) — not by an automated system.
What we never do
We never sell, rent or share your personal information or mobile number with third parties for their marketing. Your information stays with S & A Produce.
Texts and opting out
Consent to receive texts isn't a condition of buying. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text at any time and we'll stop texting you.
Your customer account
The online ordering portal keeps your order history, standing orders and pricing so you can reorder quickly. Access is limited to your own account, and only you and S & A Produce can see your information.
